This role provides the chance to develop skills in the Funds Analyst space, specifically in relation to Property Investment fund management. This business is a global leader in Property and Asset management, and you will be working in a high achieving team.

**Your new role**
Working as a Fund Analyst you will be;
- Analysing both residential and commercial property investments to determine suitability for new investment
- Assisting in acquisition due diligence and preparing financial modelling
- Undertaking the financial analysis required to make key investment decisions, working alongside the fund manager
- Maintaining a database of investment opportunities
- Working alongside the Investment managers with analysis of portfolios, including new acquisitions and Divestments

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience of property investments, or a sound understanding of the property investment markets
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Great communication skills and the ability to develop relationships
