**Finance Analyst - Funds**

My client, one of the largest in its industry sector, is currently looking for a Fund Analyst to join its rapidly growing team.

You will be responsible to support the team and manage relationships with investors including assessing and implementing investment decisions and monitoring the investment performance of the funds.

The office is conveniently located just 5mins walk away from Wynyard station.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Management & Financial Reporting of fund’s performance
- Reviewing SLAs and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- New investment strategies and maintaining existing investments
- Be able to identify and lead change with process improvements.
- Work with the Fund Manager to implement client business growth strategies across designated clients
- Support business decision making
- Ad-hoc analysis and reviewing any variances in financial information
- Assist with the preparation of investment recommendations, monthly and quarterly reporting, and other necessary ad-hoc analysis

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree level qualification in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Finance
- Property industry experience highly preferred
- Advanced Financial Modelling& Analytical skills
