**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee complex migration projects from planning to execution, ensuring successful outcomes and on-time delivery.
- Engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, to define project requirements and dependencies.
- Understand and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated migration through code to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Manage and lead a team of 10-15 individuals, providing guidance, support, and motivation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and execute detailed end-to-end planning, considering all aspects of the migration process.
- Showcase experience in delivering Cloud Migration/Transformation Projects/Programs in the Banking Domain, specifically in AWS or GCP platforms in the AU region.
- Engage and manage stakeholders in a cross-functional organizational structure, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Possess a high-level understanding of downstream integrations, testing phases, and performance testing to ensure seamless migration.
- Conduct technical workshops to resolve blockers and deliver successful outcomes during the migration process.
- Facilitate Scrum/Sprint planning meetings to ensure efficient project execution.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in EKS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Proven experience in project management with relevant certifications such as PMP and AGILE.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira and Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking.
- Familiarity with Cloud Foundation Courses/Certifications, specifically in AWS or GCP.
- Knowledge and experience in DevOps practices and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering Cloud Migration/Transformation Projects/Programs in the Banking Domain.
- Prior experience of leading a team and managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of EKS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
