Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Initiative Lead
with strong expertise in
Collections Programs within financial services
to lead the technical implementation of the
PowerCurve Collections (PCC) platform
.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Lead PCC technical implementation and installation including
    server setup, software deployment, environment configuration, and patching
    .
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to provision and manage environments (
    Dev, SIT, Pre-Prod, PnV, UAT, Sandpit & Prod
    ) in on-premise setups.
  • Integrate PCC with upstream/downstream systems (
    API mesh, dialers, payment systems, data hub
    ) via
    REST/SOAP APIs, web services, or flat files
    .
  • Configure
    batch jobs, import/export routines, and scheduling mechanisms
    .
  • Customize and script business logic using
    Groovy or Java
    for client-specific collection strategies.
  • Monitor logs, perform
    root cause analysis
    , and resolve performance/configuration issues.
  • Ensure compliance with
    secure deployment practices, IT, and regulatory standards
    .
  • Support
    UAT, system validation, documentation, and go-live readiness
    .

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience with
    application configuration
    (treatment paths, action codes, contact strategies, user roles, screens, case lists, workflows).
