Looking to take on a exciting leadership role? - Ready to support a caseload of participants to reach their full potential? - Want to make a meaningful contribution to society? **Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge?** We are looking for a **Team Leader/Support Worker** based at our Hobart site. You will be responsible for delivering support and services to a caseload of participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). You will take responsibility for the delivery of a high quality of service, referrals, rostering, professional development and supervision of a team of Support Workers and positive participant outcomes. The position involves both leading and mentoring a team, as well as directly supporting people with disability when required. Whilst understanding the dynamic nature of support work and being dedicated to minimising the risks associated with the service, you will provide effective individualised and tailored supports to NDIS participants to enable them to achieve their goals. You will do this whilst considering input from all stakeholders associated with each participant. These supports will promote community inclusion, independence, decision making, choice and control. To aid you in this role, you will be provided with an Ultrabook with cellular connectivity, as well as an iPhone.
