Finance Team Leader – Choice Support Tasmania

Rosny Park, TAS | Full-time

At Choice Support Tasmania, we're committed to empowering people with disability to live their best lives. We're looking for a motivated Finance Team Leader to join our Head Office team and drive excellence in our financial operations.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and support a small finance team and help them grow in their roles.
  • Oversee payroll, reporting, invoicing and make sure everything runs smoothly and accurately.
  • Improve and document financial processes and help shape how our finance function operates.
  • Work closely with leadership to provide financial insight for planning and decision making.
  • Use your Xero experience to keep systems clean, efficient and well managed.

You're someone who:

  • Has experience leading in a finance setting and enjoys helping others develop their skills.
  • Is confident working with financial reports, budgets and analysis.
  • Communicates clearly and can explain financial info in a way that makes sense to others.
  • Likes improving systems and processes, not just following them.
  • Holds a degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA highly regarded but not essential).
