We are on the hunt for our next Talent, Influencer and Content Creator Intern.

Creative Converters, is one of Australia's Leading TikTok and Facebook Ad Agencies and we are looking for new Talent, Influencer and Content Creator Interns to join our Talent team in Cremorne, Melbourne. You will work closely with our Talent team, as well as dabbling in our other departments to learn what part of agency life you love You’ll be responsible for onboarding new talent, making TikTok's and learning all the in's and out's about talent management and content creation. We work with brands including BondiBoost, SZEP, Alya Skin, Linktr.ee, Oodie, Mermade, Bangn Body and many more (over 700 clients)

DAY TO DAY:

- Onboard new macro-micro influencers & content creators
- Ensuring creators are delivering content within brand guidelines
- Conceptualise, film and post TikToks/Reels
- Learn how to read briefs and check content
- Film tips & tricks for our creator learning portal

ABOUT YOU
- Consider yourself someone who’s ahead of the trends, but willing to react to current opportunities
- Self-starter who isn’t afraid to take risks and dive right into new content ideas
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- You love Tiktok, Instagram and all things content creation
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a wider team

Internship duration: 8 weeks

Contract length: 8 weeks

**Salary**: Up to $50.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
