**Accounts Payable Officer** to work within our Accounts Payable team to support our growing business in the Automotive Repair Market.

**About the role**:
We currently have the opportunity for an
**Accounts Payable Officer** to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role initially will be responsible for the complete processing of the accounts payable for APG across Australia.

- The day to day duties include:_
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Ensuring compliance with purchase order approval process
- Managing the APG payables inbox
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
- Prepare and process weekly and monthly Supplier Payments
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
- Processing payments in various currencies such as YEN, USD, SGD, GBP, EUR, NZD & AUD
- Managing queries and escalations internally and with Suppliers
- Preparation for End of Month processes

You should have:

- Experience in high volume, end to end accounts payable and invoice processing background, with at least two years experienc_e._
- A high degree of numeracy and attention to detail
- The ability to learn quickly
- Strong computer skills, including Excel
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
