**About The role**
You will be working closely with and incredibly impressive partner, on challenging restructuring and insolvency matters, acting on behalf of high-profile clients such as investors, debtors, creditors, and state & federal government bodies.
**Duties**
- Working on complex negotiations, deal structuring and transactions;
- Advising interstate clients, with the possibility of working on international matters;
- Providing advice on all facets of insolvencies, restructuring and workouts; such as debt trading, money secure lending and portfolio transactions.
**Skills & Experience**
- Senior lawyer with at least **4 years** of front-end restructuring and insolvency experience.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Proven record of supervising junior lawyers.
- Excellent communication skills and clientele service.
- The ability to work autonomously, as well as in well as in a team.
