What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage debt recovery and external administration matters end-to-end: file deadlines, drafting and court appearances
- Advise insolvency practitioners, secured lenders and creditors on asset realisation and enforcement actions
- Conduct legal research and support Partners on high-value restructuring and litigation work
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years’ PQE in restructuring, insolvency or commercial litigation
- Strong organisation and ability to manage varied workloads under tight turnarounds
- Excellent drafting, research and communication skills
- A proactive, team-based approach and genuine client focus
