About The Restructuring And Insolvency Team
Our award-winning Restructuring and Insolvency team is dynamic and valued for its pragmatic, commercial and partner-led service.
We advise funds, banks, borrowers, investors and directors, as well as many leading insolvency practitioners, on all types of distressed transactions and special situations - including before and after formal insolvency administrations. We have extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency work. In addition to front-end matters, we advise and act in disputes and applications arising in restructures and workouts, voluntary administrations, liquidations and receiverships.

- distressed debt investing and exits
- corporate distress
- distressed mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- voluntary administrations, liquidations and receiverships
- disputes and applications arising in relation to all of the above

About You
You will be joining a team that works on some of the most complex restructuring and insolvency matters in Australia. To succeed, you should have a strong desire and the capability to work on high-profile and technically challenging transactions.
You Will Bring
- four to six years' post-qualification experience (PQE) focused on restructuring and insolvency
- excellent drafting and advice writing skills
- strong analytical ability
- the confidence to work directly with clients
- the ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
