About the Role
Due to expansion and growth, we need a dedicated person to provide an accurate, efficient, and effective AP service to our suppliers and contractors. Beyond handling invoices, you are process-oriented and can offer suggestions on areas of improvement. This role reports into the Assistant Controller and is part of the wider Finance team.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Prioritise tasks to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
Prepare payment batches as required to meet determined payment terms.
Attend to AP enquiries promptly and professionally and escalate issues appropriately.
Adhere to departmental SOPs, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
Provide regular cashflow and other finance reports as required.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements and credit card statements, including resolving any discrepancies.
Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure month-end activities are completed within strict timeframes.
About You
2-3 years AP experience in large volume AP role.
Accounting qualifications.
Experience with complex AP issues.
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Excellent attention to details.
Computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate level).
