The Customer Engagement Representatives work confidently as part of a strong team supporting our valued customers to understand their specific needs and explain and arrange services that meet the goals and wishes of the customer.
- We are looking for resilient, professional, high performing team members, who have the customer at the heart of everything they do. In this role you will be a central point of contact for customers therefore your engagement and a drive to assist the community are essential.
- With your proven experience in similar roles you provide outstanding customer service when interacting with customers, and when handling with their sensitive or complex details.

**Our ideal Customer Engagement Representative...**

Will possess a Cert III in Business Administration (or equivalent) and have (at least) two-year’s experience in a contact centre/customer service role. Experience working in Disability and Aged Care is preferred, however not essential

You will celebrate diversity and culture, promote wellness and reablement through positive relationship building, respect freedom of expression and the independent decision making of our customers.

You will have availability between 6:00am to 6:00pm (Monday - Saturday), and possess:

- current National Police Clearance (obtained within last six months)
- current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination
