We are looking for a Communication Coordination Manager to work collaboratively to co-ordinate the delivery of ‘centre ready’ campaigns, projects, and initiatives to ensure Goodstart’s centre-based teams have the information they need to provide high quality early learning. This role will report to the Lead, Communications and Issues and is part of the Corporate Affairs, Communications and Partnerships team.

**Your Impact**:
To inform and advise Centre Ready leadership on the network calendar for events, projects, and initiatives.
Identify possible conflicts and work with Centres Orchestration to solve issues.
As a key part of the communications to centres - coordinates topics for newsletters, webinars and whole orgganisation updates.
Provide expert strategic advice on communications; to support the flow of fit for purpose, timely information to Goodstart’s national network.
Use analytical and data skills to help the team measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust plans accordingly.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Hold a formal qualification in a communication related discipline.
Possess strong planning and project management skills.
Have gained relevant experience within a related field/ environment.
