V4 Services is a Melbourne based IT service provider company offering IT Services to home and business customers. V4 IT is a Microsoft Partner and Managed Service Provider with technicians covering over 1500 postcodes in Australia.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Specialist located in Melbourne, VIC. The Front Office Specialist will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, customer service, receptionist duties, office management, staff hiring and management and effective communication on a day-to-day basis.
**Qualifications**
- Phone Etiquette, Customer Service, and Communication skills.
- Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience in a front office or customer-facing role is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Should have full time work rights in Australia.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glen Waverley VIC 3150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
