About Us

DSL Pacific is a Australian agricultural trading company, exporting grains and pulses such as lentils, chickpeas, wheat, canola and barley to global markets. We play a vital role in supplying high-quality Australian produce internationally.

We are seeking a motivated Logistics and Documents Coordinator to join our Adelaide team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys a fast-paced environment. Exceptional performance in this role will lead to a full-time position with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with coordinating export logistics including container bookings, inspections, fumigation, and delivery scheduling.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, packers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Support the trading and operations team with documentation checks and shipment tracking.
- Maintain accurate and organised records for export compliance.
- Assist with Letters of Credit processing and bank documentation when required.
- Maintain accurate records of grain stocks and ensure real-time updates.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.

What We’re Looking For?
- Previous experience in logistics, export documentation, or international trade preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer skills.
- Availability for flexible working hours to adapt to workflow demands.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities.
