**About the Position**
Anglicare’s Home & Community teams provide support and services that enable our clients to maintain their independence - living happily and healthily within their own homes.

Based in Toowoomba, our team require an experienced Scheduler/Rostering Officer to ensure that are frontline staff are rostered in a timely manner allowing them to continue to provide an amazing service to our Community clients. This role is offered as Casual however there is a high possibility that it will go permanent in the future.

**About You**
- Scheduling and rostering experience, using an electronic data management system.
- Knowledge of Procura will be a distinct advantage
- Self-managing with the ability to prioritise and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environment
- Highly effective customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel with accurate alpha-numeric data entry
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management
- A strong customer service focus
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Initiative and ability to monitor and manage your own workload
- Full Covid-19 Vaccinations
- National Police Clearance
- Queensland Drivers Licence
