**Quest Toowoomba Apartment Hotel **is a 4.5 star self rated, multi-award winning, 74 room property located in the Toowoomba CBD. The property features self-contained studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as a gymnasium and conference rooms.

Quest Toowoomba Apartment Hotel is now seeking a casual**:Front Office Receptionist.**

Previous front office & reservation experience within the hospitality & travel industries is an advantage. Perfect role for front of house food & beverage supervisor to get their foot in the door of an admininstration role.
- The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate: _
- A passion for providing friendly, personalised & exceptional customer service
- Advanced skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Experience with front office booking systems (RMS highly regarded)
- A high level of attention to detail
- Enjoys working both autonomously and in a team environment
- A very high level of flexibility and a mature outlook
- Willingness to go above and beyond for hotel guests and colleagues alike
- The successful applicant must have very flexible availability and able to work weekdays, shifts from 7am, shifts till 10pm, weekends and public holidays._
- Whilst this is a casual position there are plenty of work hours available for the right person_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $29.40 - $58.80 per hour
