Our Reproductive Services department treats patients for a wide range of fertility and other medical issues. We work in conjunction with Melbourne IVF to provide the best service and treatment for our patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.

**Your contribution**

The Administration Officer is responsible for the provision of excellent customer service and quality, effective and efficient administration service to the department.

As a member of the Reproductive Services team, this role provides reception and nursing office assistance according to a rotating roster. Even while rostered in a particular area, the Administration Officer may be asked to assist other team members as workload varies, in order to provide an efficient service to the Reproductive Services Unit.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Booking appointments and scheduling IVF procedures
- Registering, admitting and discharging patients
- Answering phone calls and general reception duties as required
- Assisting with the daily running of outpatient clinics
- Assisting the nursing team with clerical duties

**COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement**
