**About Us**

NDM Consulting is a small consultancy and auditing firm dedicated to adding value and supporting our clients in achieving ISO certification, enhancing workplace safety, and ensuring social compliance. We provide consulting services to assist clients in building and maintaining management systems and conduct external/third-party management system certification audits.

We are seeking a Quality, Environmental, or Health & Safety professional with management systems experience to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities for the Role**
- Lead and conduct management system audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) independently or as part of an audit team.
- Provide expertise, produce audit reports, and make certification recommendations within a prescribed timeframe.
- Ensure clients understand audit outcomes and corrective action requirements.
- Offer expert consultancy on the implementation and maintenance of management systems.
- Develop quality, safety, and environmental management system documentation for clients.
- Provide accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Establish and nurture effective relationships with clients to enhance commercial opportunities and client satisfaction.
- Coach colleagues and clients, offering technical support as needed.
- Add value to businesses by identifying opportunities for performance improvement and risk management.
- Stay current with ISO standards, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Act as a brand ambassador for NDM Consulting by adhering to ethical practices, following company and client requirements, and delivering excellent service.
- Qualifications and/or experience as a Quality, Environmental, or Health & Safety professional.
- Knowledge of business processes and systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and excellent in time management and planning.
- Ability to work under pressure and confidently address groups within organisations.
- Willingness to travel locally by car or plane as required.
- An enthusiastic and committed team player.
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards (preferred).
- Lead Auditor Qualification (desirable).
- Experience in external/third-party management systems auditing (desirable).
- Business development skills are advantageous.
