Working closely with internal teams and external software vendors, you’ll ensure our platforms are secure, compliant, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail will directly contribute to better outcomes for our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, participate in code reviews, and document technical processes.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity, manage data migration strategies, and maintain robust access controls.
- User Support: Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, collaborate with the Applications and IT teams, and escalate complex problems when needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and configure Salesforce to streamline operations.
- Compliance & Documentation: Adhere to industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR), follow internal change management procedures, and maintain clear documentation.
- Workplace Health & Safety: Follow WHS policies and report hazards or incidents promptly.
- Cultural Competence: Respect and integrate cultural awareness into your daily work practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer 1, Platform App Builder) preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows.
- Strong data management skills, including migration and cleansing.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in healthcare or aged/community care environments is a bonus.
