**Position Description**

We are seeking a Systems Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis at our West Perth office in Western Australia. In this role you will be responsible for the following;
- Provide professional, responsive, and effective stakeholder engagement
- Identify and evaluate end user requirements and opportunities for system development, enhancement and integration
- Manage the prioritisation and execution of fixes / changes raised as Service Desk requests
- Perform system data maintenance activities
- Assist with the scoping / estimation of new projects
- Assist with testing of upgrades, enhancements and fixes
- Assist system users in the documentation and maintenance of user manuals and operating procedures for any changes

**Essential Criteria**

To be successful in obtaining this role, you will have;
- A relevant Bachelor or higher qualification in ICT
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, combined with interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment and maintenance of effective work relationships
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Experience in supporting critical business systems
- Experience in writing and troubleshooting SQL and administering databases
- Attention to detail

**Salary**

If successful, you will be paid a base salary of $75,000 per annum.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
