Now, we're looking for a Senior Consultant to bring expertise, innovation, and leadership to our growing team.
The RoleAs a Senior Consultant, you'll lead and manage high-impact research, policy and evaluation projects, working closely with clients to deliver actionable insights and positive outcomes. You'll play a key role in mentoring consultants, driving project quality, and supporting business development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced research and evaluation professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver complex research and evaluation projects using qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods.
- Design robust methodologies to address client needs and ensure rigour.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations that are clear, actionable and impactful.
- Engage ethically and respectfully with diverse stakeholders, including First Nations communities.
- Mentor and support consultants in project delivery and professional growth.
- Contribute to business development through proposals, pitches and networking.
- Extensive experience leading research and evaluation projects.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful, timely results.
- Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research, including mixed-methods approaches.
- Exceptional writing, reporting and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- High levels of drive, self-motivation and ethical practice.
Desirable
- Advanced skills in data analysis and visualisation tools.
- Relevant qualifications in research, evaluation, social sciences, psychology, economics, data science or related fields.
- Experience working with Indigenous Australians and understanding of First Nations ways of knowing and working.
