We are now seeking a **passionate and results-driven Education Counsellor** to join our expanding Sydney team and contribute to our mission of guiding international students toward success.

What You’ll Do
- Provide personalised counselling to prospective and current students regarding study options, career pathways, and academic planning.
- Support students throughout the full admissions process, including documentation preparation, **Genuine Student (GS) statement writing**, offer letters, and CoE issuance.
- Stay informed about admission requirements, visa regulations, and institutional updates to deliver accurate and current advice.
- Build trust with students through respectful, motivating, and supportive engagement.
- Take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and communicate clearly with students at every stage.
- Maintain accurate student records in the company’s CRM system.

What We’re Looking For
- **1-3 years of experience** in international education counselling (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of the **Australian education system**, **Subclass 500 student visa**, and enrolment processes.
- Strong background in sales and customer service, with proven ability to build lasting student relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, education, or business (preferred).
- Positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude.

Pay: $49,900.00 - $126,357.04 per year
