Senior Education Counsellor / Team Leader

Location: Parramatta, NSW

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum (plus incentives)

MAP Education and Visa Services is a leading education and migration consultancy dedicated to guiding international students toward achieving their academic and career goals in Australia. We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking an experienced Senior Education Counsellor / Team Leader to join our Parramatta office.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping students achieve success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in student counselling, team management, and achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of education counsellors to achieve monthly COE and visa targets.

Provide expert guidance to students on course selection, institutions, and visa processes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian education providers, admission requirements, and visa regulations.

Oversee student applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Conduct regular team performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to support business growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Education Counsellor or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Australian education systems and visa processes.

Proven experience in leading or supervising a team.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work towards and achieve set targets.

Professional attitude and strong customer service focus.
