**Job Description**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our South Australian Real Estate Management Services team and be part of a diverse workforce. Based in our Adelaide office, e working under the National Director, you will support and manage a mixed portfolio of commercial assets.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

- Support and manage the day to day operations of a commercial portfolio
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants and clients
- Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals and negotiate new leasing deals
- Management of lease compliance by all tenants and landlords

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this position, you will ideally have:

- Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration
- Current Drivers Licence
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Commercial Property Industry and ideally in Property Management/Centre Management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Property related degree (preferred but not essential)
