Hays are proud to be exclusively partnering with a privately owned, commercial investment and asset management group. This role will be managing a high-end portfolio of mixed assets for high net-worth investors, ASX listed organisations and the company's owned commercial assets. A rare opportunity has become available for a well established Commercial Property Manager who is motivated to excel their career within one of the most reputable firms in the industry.

**Your new role**

You will manage a portfolio of circa 40 assets, whilst being supported Trust Accounts and FM departments. Your responsibilities are as follow:

- End to end management of the portfolio
- Management of new and existing client relationships
- Preparation of detailed asset plans
- Contract management
- Leasing renewals, options, increases and negotiations throughout these processes
- Tenant liaison
- Repairs and maintenance
- Budgeting and reporting
- Managing asset risk and compliance

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Extensive understanding of Commercial/Retail Real Estate
- Experience in Commercial Negotiations (Leasing)
- Ability to think critically and work autonomously
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to take on all tasks whether big or small
- Self-motivated with a desire to be involved in an established and growing business
- Real Estate Agents Representative certificate
