WISE Employment is seeking a driven Tender and Grants Project Officer to play a pivotal role in coordinating the collection, management and analysis and data and information in the development of WISE’s tender and grant submissions. In this role, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively to meet tender submission deadlines.
The role will suit a person with strong organisational as well as data analysis skills. Flexibility in hours worked is required and reasonable out-of-hours work will be required from time to time.

**About you...**
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full Australian driver’s license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check

- Tertiary level qualifications (e.g., Bachelor or Masters) with well-developed research skills
- Highly developed planning, coordination, administration, organisational and time management skills
- Strong skills in liaison, networking and negotiation
- Data analysis and reporting skills using BI analytics and other tools in designing and creating tables and dashboards to facilitate reporting
- Experience in coordinating bid preparation and submitting successful grants and tenders
- Experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects concurrently
- Demonstrated understanding of government funded services programs
**A day in the role involves**
- Development and management of project plans aligned to individual tender/grant specifications
- High level coordination of projects, ensuring that project teams are on schedule with allocated tasks
- Research and present information required for the development of tenders, from internal and external sources
- Source and analyse relevant quantitative demographic, industry and business data to provide meaningful analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions
- Collate information from internal and external resources and organise resources required to complete project tasks
- Provide information and support to members of the Research and Tender Team
