**About the role**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Building/creating new files for open and closed grant opportunities
- Manage complaints made by individuals or organizations regarding the administration or outcome of a grant program.
- Investigate complaints, attempt to resolve them through mediation, and make recommendations to decision-makers regarding any necessary changes to the grant program.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in project management or grant administration.
- Experience in utilising the following systems: Sharepoint, TRIM, Govenrment Grants Processing system (GovGPS), Qlik Sense, National Approved Provider System (NAPS)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain impartial and objective when investigating complaints are essential.
- Australian Citizenship required.
