If you have excellent communication skills and can build rapport quickly, this may be the role for you. Wilson Security is looking for a unique Client Services Manager (CSM) who can liaise and maintain relationships with current clients, successfully develop new relationships, and bring in new clients.
Together with your CSM duties, you will support the client with your regional site and operational management experience.
**The role**:
- Report directly to the State Manager NSW
- Maintain NSW Security Licence currency - essential
- Continue to maintain relationships with current clients
- Build new business with current leads
- Providing quotes to clients
- Client communication and maintenance
- Attend client meetings
- Experienced in site management
- Security Services Industry Award 2020
**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Significant experience in a multi-site operational environment relating to the Security Industry
- Experience in analysing and cost control over a multi-site operation
- Significant experience in a leadership & client management role
- Significant experience in delegation, project management and managing deadlines
- Demonstrated evidence of facilitating clear communication and direction to staff at all levels
- Strong time management skills developed through involvement in multi-site, multi-tasking operations environment
- Demonstrated competence in situation analysis and decision making
- Detailed understanding of rostering, cost analysis, and resource control
- Experience in performance management over multi-site, mutli-discipline business units (including appraisal, counselling and termination)
- A thorough understanding of the basic principles of human resource management
- Advanced levels of computer literacy (especially Excel, MS Word and Workbuddy)
- Strong levels of numerate and literate competency
- Detailed understanding of legislative requirements in relation to WHS, IR, EEO
- Experienced in operating in an environment accommodating a variety of cultural and moral opinions
**Qualifications**:
- Three years experience in a Client / Account Management role
- Five years of experience within the Security Industry delivering similar outcomes
- State-based Security License - essential
- Must have Class 1AC and Class 2ABD Security Licence
- A diploma / Cert IV in Security Risk Management would be advantageous
- A diploma / Cert IV in WHS would be advantageous
- Cert IV in Training & Development would be advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in a business/commerce-related discipline would be advantageous
