As a Mortgage Broker - Property Investment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by workshopping new clients and guiding them through the lending process. Your responsibilities will include:

- Utilizing servicing calculators to determine the most suitable lenders for clients' needs.
- Demonstrating expertise in structuring deals for both personal names and superannuation investments.
- Maintaining an intricate understanding of all current bank policies to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.

**Location**:Our office is conveniently located in Bella Vista, just a 5-minute walk from Bella Vista Metro Station, making it easily accessible by public transportation.

**Working Hours**:This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

**Compensation**:We offer a competitive salary with bonus commissions to reward your exceptional performance.
- Prior experience as a Mortgage Broker, preferably with a focus on property investment.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and find the best lender options.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of assistant loan writers.
- In-depth knowledge of current bank policies and lending regulations.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
