Sitting neatly on the corner of King and Murray Streets is the Belgian Beer Cafe. As you step through our front doors, you'll be transported into a different world, where the 1930s are kicking off and Belgium's old school style and charm oozes through the walls. We're a unique experience to Perth, providing locals and visitors with an authentic experience, complete with a huge selection of our famous Belgian Beer, and a menu full of delicious dishes, with a nod to modern Australian cuisine, including all the pub classics you know and love.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Assistant Manager at **Belgian Beer Cafe**.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll need**:

- Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food and bars
- Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Current industry RSA and Approved Managers Card
