**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an **Assistant Village Manager** to join the leadership team at one of our Easternwell camps - Silverlake Village in Rothsay WA.

Rothsay has a rich mining history dating back to the discovery of gold in 1894.

This critical role will work closely with the Village Manager covering areas relating to administration and housekeeping. To be successful you will need to have strong leadership attributes as well as provide operational support to all the village service delivery teams.

The Assistant Village Manager will work 2 weeks on and 1 week off roster.
- Point of hire is Perth with flight times being 1.5 hours
- Travel, meals, uniforms and accommodation is provided
- The camp site is only 5 minutes drive from the airport

**What this role involves**:

- Assisting the Village Manager with operating budgets and P&L
- Carrying out administrative duties for the project
- Past housekeeping or utility experience is essential
- Performing and organise housekeeping duties
- Assisting with managing recruitment requirements and training of employees
- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer services
- Accommodation reservations systems experience
- Assisting with ordering stock levels for the camp site

**What we require from you**:

- Able to pass a medical including a Drug and Alcohol test
- National Police Clearance (NPC) or the ability to obtain a current NPC
- Ability to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity & inclement weather
- Full Work Rights
- Manual drivers license
