**Your new role**

In your new role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of our entire practice. This includes HR and staffing, administrative tasks, reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and most importantly, fostering a positive work culture. You will have a key role in driving initiatives to enhance patient experiences and staff engagement.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a Practice Manager role within the dental or healthcare industry, or high-level business management experience in another industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in financial management, accounting systems and reporting processes
- Experience in payroll systems and legislated employment conditions
- Conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage and maintain a harmonious and balanced work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Flexibility to handle occasional after-hours responsibilities as needed with rostering emergencies
