Our client is seeking a strategic Recruitment Partner to join their team and create a high-performance workforce to meet the organization's ongoing needs. You will to develop and implement customer-focused talent acquisition solutions and services that drive best practice talent policies, programs, and tools. You will also develop and implement contemporary customer focused recruitment solutions and services to drive best practice policies, programs and tools. You will ensure governance of recruitment outcomes so that they are compliant and efficient and oversee the management of the organisation's establishment and workforce planning reporting functionality.
Additionally, you will offer strategic advice to the senior leadership team and hiring managers, nurturing stakeholder relationships with recruitment agencies, analysing workforce planning data, and fostering continuous improvement in recruitment and establishment policies. You will also lead workplace change management efforts and champion progressive recruitment practices to attract a diverse workforce including capability plan development and deployment.
