We offer integrated value-based logistics solutions that bring greater operating efficiency and savings to our customers’ supply chains.The role- We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced Business Process Manager to join our Steel team at our customer site at Port Kembla NSW. As the Business Process Manager, you will be in a leadership role focused on overseeing and supporting the overall management of operations within the Steel sector. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including project management, operational excellence, and the effective utilization of Toll shared resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.- It's important to note this role is based at Port Kembla, with travel to other sites: Chullora, Erskine Park and some interstate travel will be required from time to time.- As the Business Process Manager, you will:- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.-
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Steel Division ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.-
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, driving continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across the operations.-
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the support of Toll shared resources.-
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.-
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.-
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.-
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.-
- Provide commercial support to the Steel Division including P&L reporting, budgets and forecasting, analysis, cash collection, commercial models and contracts- What We Offer:

- A Minimum 2-3 years experience in a leadership role-
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering project on time and within budget-
- High attention to detail, planning and organising-
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities-
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-
- Self-motivated, self-starter and solution focused-
- Intermediate/Advanced computer skills with Microsoft office suite-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management or related field.-
- Current unrestricted drivers licence and reliable vehicle - for travel to other local sites. What moves you?
