**About the organisation**

Our organisation is a leader in providing road safety services to the Victorian community. We have branches across the state, where we issue licences and registrations, conduct road tests, and handle customer enquiries. We are looking for customer service specialists who can also perform licence testing duties to join our teams in Ringwood and Heatherton.

**About the role**

As a Customer Service & Licence Testing Officer, you will:

- Welcome and assist customers with a range of transactions and queries
- Process payments and renewals for licences and registrations
- Conduct road tests with learner drivers and evaluate their driving skills
- Work in both Ringwood and Heatherton offices as required
- Be available to work on call until 9am on your rostered days off

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have previous experience in a face-to-face customer service role
- Be flexible to work between 20 and 38 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 4:30pm
- Have a current and valid full driving licence with mínimal loss of demerit points
- Have a high attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Be able to work in both a seated and standing position
