WesTrac is looking for a knowledgeable **Safety Trainer** to join our L&D team at South Guildford, WA.

Reporting to the RTO Manager, the Safety Trainer is accountable for providing a high level of customer service for the delivery of all safety training activities for internal and external customers, with some regional travel as and when required. As the Safety Trainer will you be involved in material development and compliance obligations according to the needs of the RTO.

It is **essential** that you hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116.

**About you**:

- 3 years industry experience in and/or certificates in:

- Load Restraint
- Load and Unload Plant
- Working at Heights
- Fire Extinguisher
- Fire Warden
- Overhead Crane
- Mobile Plant
- Worksafe Assessor Accreditation (LF, WP, DG) would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Experience coordinating and delivering safety training to meet customers’ needs.
- Working experience with Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word and the ability to use and develop templates.
- Ability to work within and team or autonomously when required
