**Disability Support Worker - High Intensity | Castle Hill NSW 2154**

**Immediate Start | Community Access + Hoist Transfers | Contract Role**

**About the Role**:
You will be working with a participant who requires:

- ** Manual handling and full hoist transfers**:

- ** Assistance with personal care and mobility**:

- ** Transport to access the community** (appointments, recreation, shopping, etc.)

**This role requires**:

- Confidence and experience with high physical support needs
- A reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle Flexibility with shifts, which may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends

**Essential Requirements**:

- ** NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)**:

- Valid **ABN** (can be easily registered if you don’t have one yet)
- ** Cert III or IV in Individual Support** (or equivalent)
- Current **Police Check** (within 3 years)
- Valid **First Aid** (within 3 years) & **CPR** (within 12 months)
- Completed **NDIS Worker Orientation Module**:

- Full Australian working rights
- Experience with **hoist transfers** and **high-intensity care**
