**About the role**:
**Scope/Dimensions**:

- SAP ERP
- SAP POS/DM
- SAP CRM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement IT changes aligned with Officeworks' strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal business customers and IT delivery teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and implement changes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Establish and maintain standards for technical designs and program specifications.
- Stay informed about industry-leading IT approaches and emerging technologies.

- Expertise in SAP and other relevant IT systems (e.g., CRM).
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated IT project experience across multiple technologies.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
