**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity to support Merchandise Processes and work cross functionally to drive systems and processes improvement enabling productivity and efficiency within the Merchandise team and business.

Working with a team of Merchandise Process Analysts, this key role will work cross functionally to improve systems and processes to enable a more productive and efficient Merchandise team and business

This role will see you running projects on behalf of the Merchandise team using a project methodology, coordinating resources, communications, and test plans to support internal projects.

Your ability to engage with stakeholders and end users to understand processes and business requirements will see you supporting the Merchandise team to compile business requirements and prepare and present Business cases. In addition, our Merchandise Process Analyst role works across broader business projects as a representative for the Merchandise function.

Ability to build and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business is key to this role, with a focus on working closely with IT to develop systems to automate processes and tasks.

**About you**:
Qualified in a project management methodology, this key role will leverage your business experience at Officeworks with established exposure to Merchandise systems and processes.

A confident communicator with an analytical and solutions mindset, you have ability to influence and present to all key stakeholders towards achieving positive outcomes and process improvements.

- Process management experience within a fast paced retail environment
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Computer literacy and technical orientation with intermediate to advanced Excel
- A strong attention to detail and ability to drive outcomes under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident communicator
