**About the role**:
Are you ready to power the engine behind one of Australia’s most iconic retailers? Officeworks is on the lookout for a **Supply Chain Systems Analyst** to join our dynamic IT Supply Chain team. If you're passionate about technology, logistics, and making a real impact—this is your moment.

**What You’ll Be Working On**:
- **SAP ERP logistics modules**:

- **Koerber Warehouse Advantage (HighJump)**:

- **3rd party integrations** (Voice, My Freight, AMR tech & more)
- Leading functional designs and implementing IT changes aligned with Officeworks’ strategic goals.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver smart, scalable solutions Managing small to medium enhancements and projects from concept to completion.
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents with precision and in line with IT SLAs.
- Mentoring junior team members and setting the standard for technical excellence.

What You Bring:

- Hands-on experience with **SAP ECC or S/4HANA**, **Koerber HighJump or similar WMS**, and other relevant supply chain systems.
- Proven ability to work **cross-functionally** and manage vendor relationships.
- Knowledge in **Voice**, **Transport Management Systems**, and **AMR technologies**.
- Strong **SAP integration** knowledge (iDocs, BTP API, Middleware technologies)
- Proficiency in **SQL** and **Power BI**.
- Experience with **ALM**or** qTest**Test Management Tools
- Skilled in handling and reconciling large datasets across systems.
- Excellent **planning**, **organization**, and **problem-solving** skills.
- Strong **communication**, **negotiation**, and **presentation** abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and maintain a strong **customer focus**.
