**Sales Consultant/Receptionist - Join Our Team at PYCSAM Health & Fitness**

**The Role**

As a Sales Consultant/Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing members, creating a positive and lasting impression. You’ll help grow our community by:

- Managing day-to-day reception duties, including greeting members and handling inquiries.
- Driving membership sales and supporting lead generation efforts.
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every member feels welcome and valued.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic environment throughout the club.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A passion for health and fitness, with a desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, focused on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Confidence in engaging with potential members both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or reception is an advantage but not essential.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid Working with Vulnerable People card.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.13 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 15 per week
