**How will I help?**

Reporting into the Manager, Margin Lending Operations - CSD, as a Process Analyst you will play an important role in supporting the Customer Service Delivery Team responsible for the continuous maintenance of all process maps and work instructions that are conducted in Customer Service Delivery in the Specialist Business Division. You will be a trusted adviser of CSD’s processes and provide advice to CSD team members and manage opportunities for process improvement. You will have proactive engagement with projects that will deliver change to CSD’s Process Maps and Work Instructions.

You will:

- Be responsible for the standardisation in process maps and work instructions
- Provide support in the creation of process maps and work instructions, ensuring they are consistent with key design principles and BT risk appetite, and are aligned with the Westpac Group’s Business Component Reference Model (BCRM)
- Ensure that all regulatory and compliance control obligations identified are effectively implemented and integrated into all processes
- Maintain the process management strategy, frameworks, models, standards, and templates

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in process improvement, the ability to revise existing policy & process documentation and capture any new policies, controls, and workflows. You will have a positive, innovative attitude and possess good interpersonal skills / relationship management skills.

Further advantageous skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service focus and a team-player mentality
- Experience in Technical Writing favourable
- Experience with process redesign, modernisation, and continuous improvement favourable
- Working knowledge of common continuous improvement and process management methodologies and business architecture disciplines
