- About the Role
- As a Process Analyst - IT Service Operations, you will play a key role in analysing, designing, and optimising IT service processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery maturity. You will work closely with IT service teams to implement best-in-class ITSM and ESM frameworks, ensuring that processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
- This 12-month fixed term contract role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance IT service operations and drive sustainable service excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Process Analysis & Optimisation: Assess current IT service processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements aligned with ITSM/ESM frameworks.- Service Improvement & Maturity: Develop and implement service improvement plans, driving IT operational excellence.- Process Documentation & Change Management: Create process maps, SOPs, and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency across IT teams.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT leaders, service owners, and cross-functional teams to align process enhancements with business objectives.- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.- Process Implementation & Training: Support the rollout of new processes, ensuring proper communication, stakeholder buy-in, and training.

About You
- You are a process-driven professional with a passion for IT service optimisation. Your ability to analyse workflows, implement process improvements, and engage stakeholders will be key to success in this role.- Process Improvement Expertise: Strong knowledge of ITSM, ESM, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to assess KPIs, monitor performance trends, and drive process optimisation.- Collaboration & Communication Skills: Comfortable working with IT teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.- Change Management Mindset: Experience in implementing new processes and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.- ITIL 4 Foundation or Process Management certification (Lean Six Sigma, BPM) is highly desirable.- Experience in process analysis, design, and improvement within an IT or service management environment.- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and process automation is a plus.- Proven ability to manage service improvement initiatives and process optimisation projects.
