A rare opportunity to join Sunkids Children's Centres Benowa is now available. Sunkids prides themselves on well-developed professional relationships with our Centre Managers therefore these opportunities do not arise often.

With 16 centres across South East Queensland, we pride ourselves on delivering our proven curriculum with dedicated and experienced educators working throughout our state of the art centres, working alongside our families to help develop strong working relationships.

We are seeking a highly motivated early childhood professional that has previous Centre Manager experience managing large centres.

**About the Centre**:

- Sunkids Benowa is a purpose-built centre that caters for 103 children from 6 weeks to school age throughout 5 fully-serviced, modern learning rooms designed specifically for each age group. _

**Sunkids will offer the fortunate Centre Manager that joins us**:

- Annual salary packages ranging from $115,000 to $135,000 (on a full time basis)
- Support and advice provided by an experienced and skilled support team
- Professional development and mentoring by key Sunkids personnel

**If you have the desire to**:

- Lead a highly motivated team to deliver a high quality, emergent curriculum
- Be able to provide a safe and stimulating environment
- Be able to direct, lead and role model in all areas
- Have Fantastic Communication Skills
- Ideally have completed Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services as a minimum qualification
- Hold a current Blue Card, Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training
- Put the best interests of children first
- Help to ensure staff provide a safe and stimulating environment
- Assist with daily operations of the centre, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping and fees management system
- Ideally have a sound knowledge of QikKids
