Dental Assistant

Join our vibrant dental team located in the heart of Surfers Paradise We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Dental Assistant to support our clinic and provide exceptional care to our patients.

**Key Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
- Fluent in English
- Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
- Speaking a second or third language is a differential asset

**Daily Tasks**:

- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Process X-rays
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and the other rooms
- Assist with inventory management
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
