**Role Requirements**:
Leadership and Management: Lead our dynamic team with enthusiasm and expertise, fostering a positive work culture.

Operations Management: Keep the show running smoothly day in and day out, overseeing all aspects of operations from the kitchen to functions to maintenance.

Customer Relations: Champion guest satisfaction, proactively engaging with our loyal patrons and leveraging feedback to continuously elevate our reputation.

Financial Management: Keep a steady hand on the financial reins, ensuring fiscal responsibility in all transactions.

Staff Training and Development: Cultivate a culture of growth and excellence, providing ongoing training opportunities for our dedicated staff.

**The MVP We're Seeking**:
3 years of Hospitality Management experience.

Exposure to both Bar and Restaurant environments.

Financial acumen and experience in managing business finances.

Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for team development.

RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certifications are essential.

First Aid certificate preferred but not essential.

Approved Managers Certificate preferred but not essential.
