**The role with us**
- Lead the identification, development and selling of high-value international solutions into a defined group of existing customers.
- Develop and implement specific customer account and opportunity plans in support of the company goals and to achieve / exceed your sales target.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop sales solutions that leverage your deep customer understanding, awareness of key industry trends and understanding of the competitor landscape.
- Implement effect account governance that includes regular and structured engagement across multiple key customer stakeholders.
- Authentically engage and collaborate within a diverse, multi-stakeholder landscape (e.g. domestic Client Partners / Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Solution Specialists, Presales & Delivery Teams, Technology Vendors, and Telstra Partners) to translate complex requirements into leading-edge customer solutions.
- Leverage strong communication skills to authentically engage and effectively influence stakeholders, including C-Level, to determine the most appropriate customer solutions, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Use a range of communication and relationship building skills to establish and manage customer, vendor and key strategic relationships, to deliver high customer satisfaction outcomes and to drive the achievement of NPS targets.
- Leverage deep knowledge in sales and commercial management to accurately forecast, track and manage sales opportunities (lead identification, qualification and closure), including meeting reporting requirements for assigned portfolio.
**About you**
**To be successful in the role, you'll bring skills and experience in**:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in complex account management, preferably in the enterprise space.
- Strong sales planning and execution skills
- Fundamental technical knowledge of telecommunications and associated technologies.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders - internal and external with the ability to navigate through complex processes.
- Experience working in a consultative sales process in combination with a technical presales team.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
