**THE ROLE**

As part of our diverse team based in either **Sydney, Gosford or Newcastle**, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

The purpose of this role is to provide a range of administrative support services to Permanent Impairment Specialist. The role is part of a high performing and customer responsive team that strategically and pro-actively to engage with the business while incorporating their technical expertise of permanent impairment and legal claims management activities.

This will be a **Permanent Full-Time** position based in the **Gosford** office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide support and assistance to the WPI team utilising WPI systems and processes including WPI payments, LPG referrals and date management
- Assistance in managing and reporting on significant legal matters
- Assist with collation and preparation of monthly reporting requirements and interim reporting where required
- Accurately complete all tasks to the expected standard as per EML procedure and within the specified timing
- Work effectively as a member of a team actively demonstrate the EML values and culture on a consistent basis

**ABOUT YOU**
- Effective communication skills including written and verbal as well as effective decision-making and time management skills
- Work to competing deadlines, ensuring quality and attention to detail is maintained
- Thorough understanding of the NSW Workers Compensation Legislation and understanding of legal administrative activities
- Experience in creating solutions and problem solving and able to manag complex customers and situations
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite
